If anyone that had their money swiped after the announcement was made, complained, Betfair would go through the bets and re settle correctly.
They've been made to do it before. You have to phone them up and point it out though. |

It's very simple.
Disqualify and the bookmakers' double result offers kick in. This leads to less bookmaker profits, and so less revenue for racing. This, without any doubt whatsoever, will have been made very clear to the BHA by the bookmakers, who, unambiguously, are now in commercial partnership to remove punters' money. A jockey is going to get seriously injured sooner or later, as all bets are now off when it comes to the rules if the prize is big enough, but hey, it's all about the ££££££ for the BHA and its bookmaker cohorts... |
