Felt given the posts that I have read for and against said forumite, that it would be worthwhile doing a bit of research into his selections to see what the actual position is, I wish to point out that I have no affiliation with crooser, just an interest as an outside observer.

So what I did was revisit his threads from January 1st this year (2015) to 30th June (2015) to see what the p/l position was based on the advised price, the BSP and the returned Industry SP, the results are as follows

Advised Price Win      83.50
Advised Price Place    25.48
BSP Win                  147.64
BSP Place                  28.45
Industry SP Win        62.38
Industry SP Place       (0.27)

All the above calculated using 1 point stake win, 1 point stake place.

A few facts as they will no doubt be asked

Total selections - 111
Non runners - 7
Winners - 11
Places - 30
Selections since last winner - 26

So make of it what you want but given the above facts, it would be nice if those who have been quick to criticise were man enough to step forward and apologise for their misguided slatings, they all know who they are, I won't of course hold my breath, as I very much enjoy living...!

And before the 'aftertiming' posts come I'm sure CL can testify to my posting on quite a few of Crosser's early (pre winning!)threads where I was getting annoyed (tongue in cheek) as everytime our selections matched they lost!

sir bond, you are quite correct, unlike yourself, I do have ample time on my hands for such exercises, as I only have voluntary work to fill my time these days, as I have been financially stable for more years than I care to remember, in addition I am not a bet editor, something else we do not have in common.

I am not a sad man who resents others success either come to that, keep the posts coming though, as they will no doubt help you in your quest to rise in roida's table.

The point you have overlooked in your haste to defend your previous criticism is that the figures are not based on what crooser backed or didn't back, they are a reflection based on level stakes of his advised selections, something totally different, but probably beyond your obviously limited comprehension.

So meaning the whole point of this being totally utterly pointless, if he has bust the lot and more on 26 losers since the last one

I like reading crooser's tips, and must admit to back them each way. Obv the 50/1 winner though was a small bet compared to his more fancied runners.

He seems genuine and doesn't go round insulting people, must have been tempted at some of the stick he has received on here.

I do know he is currently on a very long and poor run, but I guess that happens.

He does need a winner soon as not only is it a long losing streak but he gave 2 horses (last day he tipped I think) an beat just 1 home between them 1 was pulled up and 1 finished 2nd last.

Still people don't have to bet them. Maybe sir bond or roida could be laying his tips, win and place and see how they get on. Last few months scince York dante meeting would be minted I guess lol.

so hope he continues to post.

we are on a discussion forum

crossers put his view up for discussion

his thread get lots of discussion, the purpose of the forum

he never sayed he was a tipster, like some seem to think

whether or not all his selections lose is irrelevant  - they are there PRE race for discussion

more of the same needed for the forum ...

Yes Delta,

I have never backed one of Crooser's selections, because I like picking my own, but, I always read his posts and check how his selections have done.

As you say that's what a forum should be all about, it's not as if he's 'bull******* like many others on here.
