not many good ones about, thought joan rivers was quite funny, but that's about it, anyone have any favourites

I have only ever met one funny women in 45 years and she was not a comedian. Caroline Aherne comedic writing the best of a bad lot I suppose
just watching 8 out of 10 cats does countdown and thought if sarah millican and Katherine ryan were men they wouldn't get near a tv show, but they have quotas now don't they, caroline aherne ant bad but jo brand is not someone I find funny at all, don't get me wrong plenty of unfunny men on tv, but women just seem to get the gig because they are women
tina fey and amy poehler, their golden globes intros for the last 3 years have been comedy gold
women are not designed to be funny and have not evolved to be funny

I thought American comedienne Amy Schumer was very witty on Graham Norton's show the other week. The exception to the rule, for sure.
