Dont post on here often but anyone got any idea about why Dancing Primo has drifted so much in the 5.30 i have this down as by far the most likely winner and the jockey as a positive yet the drift seems amazing. Am i missing something?

its one of those situation loathed to back it after such a drift but it seems a very fair each way bet now in times gone by would have lumped on at the bigger price but as we know in todays world probably means todays not the day. Small each way for me now as still on paper has allot going for it.

so you fancy a horse , it drifts , do you not back it because of the drift , or do you back it because it is a higher price than expected and you are getting better value ?
if the drift puts you off , should you actually bother looking at form and just follow market moves ?
if it was a shorter price than you expect , would this give you more confidence , even though you are getting worse value .
