Time test, Timeform rating(130p)?

Respect their opinion , but how is it possible to rate a Group3 contest on a par with last years Arc? The time of the race must have been astonishing?(not a time expert me) but I am so surprised that the clock can impact a rating so much, it looks wrong to me, not their systematic method just the rating, from last year witnessing a what looked below average crop of 2yrlds , we now have a vintage crop of 3yrlds, this will impact the end of season ratings,Golden Horn who does appear the genuine article could benefit greatly if meeting Time Test and beating  him in style.
