Why are British trainers falling behind.....

1) The infatuation with Handicaps: Most trainers even the top ones seem infatuated with utilizing a mark rather than being ambitious and campaigning horses more aggressively. The issue lies with BHA having too many handicap races in the program.....all pandering to bookies

2) Useless trainers with decent stock.
