16/1 for a horse of its class is very generous indeed. I know everyone will say that the ground is too fast for it but the horse has run well in group races on good ground so I will take a chance. There are not many class horses in this race and Tac is one of them. A little e/w tickle at that price will do me.

The ground is a concern, hopefully his ability will make up for it. I was thinking he would be half the price he is.
