I'm having a good year on BF so far but I just can't pick my nose today. I'm shrewd enough not to get sucked in by these 'big' meetings, but succumbed today. An even money chance has the same chance here as it has at say Ponte, however I sometimes can't resist when the 'proper' horses run.

Do you sometimes fall into this trap?

Doing all right (aftertiming) but with the nagging suspicion it ought to be going better. Same at Cheltenham sometimes: each loser seems like a personal insult to my form-reading ability. I think it is because at the best meetings, after each race you can look back at the winning horse's form and kick yourself.
