Clearly got a stone to find with Gleneagles on form, but I won't be a layer. Quote from Harry Herbet:

“There are big changes going on physically and he’s suddenly started to explode. At Sandown he looked a nice horse, but he’s a different horse now, and that can happen, especially with Sir Michael [Stoute]. His work until literally just before Sandown was a bit lacklustre but it’s now in a different stratosphere. His last bit of work was immensely impressive - he came clear in a manner they hadn’t seen with him before - and that was when Sir Michael said he would definitely go here rather than for the Tercentenary. He might be a mile and a quarter horse in time, but Sir Michael was very keen we have a crack at this. It will obviously be hard to roll over Gleneagles and the rest, but the track will suit and there’s a lot of improvement to come.”

Stoute's no mug. Wouldn't be racing it in this company unless he thought it would go close.

Depends if it took 10 losers before he got the 5/1 winner freddie.

Afraid I don't read the sh1t he posts these days, so I hope he doesn't bother replying. Wouldn't want him to waste his breath (or steal any more oxygen). Wink
