Everyday Self Certificates and excuses all over - but today none!!
It's about time the BHA reacted over this non runner farce.
Suggested solution - "If your horse is taken out - sorry you cannot run it for a month!!"

mandatory 28 days entry free and not allowed next race under same ground conditions if withdrawn due to going. It will put out those genuinely withdrawing but those who withdraw regularly depleting e/w opprtunities may think twice about taking the High St blood money.
