Better than showing you a recording and listening to cnt Chapman, like ATR do! Watch Ascot with the plebs on C4 and enjoy your ads!
They would only be showing you some non-racing people dressed up in posh frocks, anyway, if they didn't go to Thirsk.
On a wider not of racing coverage they could try
Having the show at the main meeting and then behind the red button just coverage of other meetings showing horses in paddock/going down etc

That seems reasonable Steamship, a nice sensible reply. I just don't think the likes of Stratford (NH) and Chelmsford City (AWT) are needed as additional fixtures on these days?
JMDC - considering there are no typical breaks for adverts on RUK, they're becoming nearly as bad as ATR, albeit in a different way.
I'm sick of them ramming bookies ads down our throats in such an irritating manner over & over again with 'offers' that in reality don't even exist!
There is just no escape from this bollox nowadays - I'd be furious if I paid the bastards a subscription to watch/hear all that repetitive shíte so it's a nice silver lining that my F5 box has got a full head of hair and I'm not paying the greedy bastards at RUK
PS - it's piss-poor of them not to have a couple of hours devoted to a Royal Ascot preview as ATR always did...and they always do that for Cheltenham too which they don't even cover!

Agree about the preview of Royal Ascot, why have they not done one, like they do at Chelts 
Its the Greatest Flat racing meeting on Earth, yet no preview of the 5day festival ?? strange one 2 me ATR the same, prob sour grapes tho after it switched to RUK last yr, but they do have a Chelts preview & dont cover that meeting either, questions need to be asked on this matter.
