Sorry Tim but that is absolutely appalling 'American Dream' BOLLOX!
FFS it's a Walt Disney film!

A typical American 'mom' with zero knowledge of horses 'masterminds' the career of an all-time great...as if 'the lord' has guided her!
That's akin to me taking on Garry Kasparov at chess and kicking his arse!

That said, it prompted me to have a browse online about a fantastic horse and although I was aware he was a flop at stud, I didn't realise just how bad he was - Tinners Way, Bluebook (yes, Henry's one) Athyka & Insijaam were his best progeny - has there ever been a bigger disappointment in the breeding sheds?

Watched it several times and really enjoy it. Some horse and a great story even if it has been embellished.

Able Friend it is so all on board, I know the film took some liberties to spice it up but all my gang liked it and good nights entertainment what's wrong with that

I kinda like the film. Just hate Americans! Pecan pie and going to school until they are fifty five is not normal!

the storyline is ok but the one thing that always detracts from horse racing movies is the race sequences
