last race on a Sunday, end of shift = no re-open.

2nd would definitely have won with a clear run and the winner caused the interference. Complete lottery whether the stewards reverse it though.

It looked iffy Barton live and the market suggested something iffy only going 1.15 when a neck winner....

We have to be able to close our positions though if need be. This is ridiculous.

Horse came off the rail to interfere with the 2nd - not much Dwyer could have done.

we cant get hold of the rep'  so i shouted 'you mean the rep has left tp miss the crowd'

2 min later open..

bookies have to hand over the readies before the fav keeps it.

Why would Wes be in a mess hulk - just trying to get a market opened to either bet on it or more importantly lessen a negative position. Good for him for making it happen.

I had no financial interest in the race or the subsequent stewards but if a quick call helped to get the market re-opened for those who may have had an interest, then I'm happy to have been of assistance.
