2nd would definitely have won with a clear run and the winner caused the interference. Complete lottery whether the stewards reverse it though.

I had no financial interest in the race or the subsequent stewards but if a quick call helped to get the market re-opened for those who may have had an interest, then I'm happy to have been of assistance.
