this is a quote from aidan o brien..............following on from last year when australia was the best horse they ever had.............australia was beaten fair and square by the grey gatsby who has been soundly beaten in his last two runs.
the fact that he keeps coming out with  this waffle shows how patethic the media are............they treat him like a god and dont question him when every horse who wins 2 races in a row are the best he has ever had.
rock of gibraltar won 7 group 1's..................5 over a mile as a three year old. he was a superstar. henrythenavigator won 4 group 1's over a mile in a row................george washington was a brilliant winner of the 2000g.................i can recall quote after quote about him being great. giants causeway was a legend though probably better over 10f than a mile.
if gleneagles beats an able friend or a solow over a mile this summer we will start to listen aidan.
