Great card at the Curragh today.
2.15
A horse that has reached its peak at 8 yo in Bubbly Bellini must have a great chance of winning its 4th race of the turf season in a closely h'capped race. He has already beaten most of the horses around him in the betting this year but what really sways it is that Adrian McGuinnesss has jocked off Declan McDonagh who is 12-51 for him over the past 2 years with a Lsp of £56 for the 10lb claiming apprentice Jack Kennedy who has had only 8 rides but rode a supremely confident race to win on 33/1 shot Funny How at Cork the other day.
2.45
Curvy gave us a nice winner last Sunday and appears to be improving at a rate of knots but even so doubt if she's up to this class and expect Derby entry Giovanni Canaletto to prove too good for these.
3.20
Tricky race this and The Grey Gatsby would be a confident selection on faster ground but with yeilding in the description think i'll pass over this race and just enjoy it.
3.55
Some cracking fillies in this 1000gs and whilst Found has the form in the book having alredy beaten the French 1000gs winner Ervedya in the Prix Marcel Boussac last Autumn was brushed aside by the 4 yo Iveagh Gardens on her debut run this year here on heavy going.
I'm going to side with her stablemate Kissed By Angels who is superbly bred by Galileo out of Lillie Langtry who herself ran an unlucky 5th in this race 5 years ago btn less than a length before winning the Coronation stakes at Ascot before finishing off her racing career by winning the Matron stakes rated 118.
5.00
Quite often pays to side with a horse that has been hurdling in these 2m h'caps early on in the season so Gordon Elliotts much improved hurdler Taglietelle gets a tentative vote. Won at Aintree off 145 with the 2nd and 3rd having both won their previous 2 races form looks to be rock solid that was on G/S ground which is what he gets today.
Ran a very good race to finish a close 2nd to Face value at Clonmel on Soft ground 2 weeks ago and again is quick to engage Kennedy to ride again, could be a big day for the lad!

Another very gd card 2day from Ire.
Hope Found wins the 1000gns, liked the look of her at 2yo, backed her ante-p for our 1000gns at 8s, so was a bit sick she was not ready for it after an interrupted prep. 7/4 this morn is to short for my £££ & she still needs to show that she is better at 3yo, if she is she will win with the norm luck in running. The Grey Gatsby is the one to beat in the Tatts G Cup G1. My concert would be a steady run race, he would prefer a gd gallop over 10f to show his best.
No bets for me atm 2day, but looking forward to some cracking races on ATR from Ire & Fr.
Gd luck with your bets lads Cool

14.15 the better ground should see Captain Cullen reverse placings with In Salutem today
15.20 could be very tactical and that could suit the quirky Parish Hall who might offer a trade out position, as it often has in the past
15.55 KM seemed very bullish about Pleascach when asked of her prospects, draw could be a big negative though
17.00 today may not be the day but Spacious Sky is a big price and might run into a place if allowed to

Had a small e/w on Raydara in the 1000 Guineas. I usually throw some at an Aga Khan runner and often get some back.

3.55 Military Angel 0.5 pt EW at 66-1 (4 places)

Impressed on her debut at Roscommon last season when overcoming a wide draw and greenness to be well on top at the finish against another of today's rags, Devonshire; seemingly had her limitations exposed when 'only' 3rd in the 1000gns Trial at Leopardstown (although was a place in front of Legatissimo!), however this US-bred might not have been suited by the heavy ground that day, and this relative of Alexander Goldrun is given a speculative EW vote at juicy odds back on a more suitable surface and up in trip.
