The winner went 1.01 when the the ATR pics showed the race with 1/2 a furlong to go that 4-5 second delay is probably not 2 bad over jumps but in running on the flat is 2 crucial

ATR is closer to 7 seconds behind live. Use Betfair live video as it is only a couple of seconds behind live.
