According to the RP website the penalty in this race for a Class 5 win is 4lb. But both Dream Dreamer and Thee and Me appear to have 7lb extra. Am i missing something? Where else can I check these race conditions?

This is the key clause contained in the full conditions of the class 5 maidens won by the horses mentioned:
For the purposes of future penalties and qualification, this
race will be treated as a Class 4 race.

It would make much more sense if these races had penalties based on prize money won, e.g. 1lb extra for each £1000 won, which is the method used in France.
