i backed the winner but think i was very lucky,

Smullen didnt seem to really go for it imo

not necessarily very likely its a combination of the horse not being fancied and traders exploiting it by pushing money around, its easy in the eve races with low liquidity, you'd be surprised how many ppl just jump on a trend

Think Murtagh's one was very fit and fancied which was part of the drift,a 3yo up against elders at this stage added to it. Weld is a funny stable with drifters, Manitobian yesterday at Roscommon opened overnight at 5/4 and was around 7.4 at the off and still nearly done it.
Think some people know whats what with him but his drifters do win imo.

Made all last time so it was strange to see him held up with the extra distance expected to suit

So did Hardstone last time Carrot and look how well he stayed on then,i backed Don tonight and more with the drift,Murtagh had the winner primed,i've no complaints on any score, just a bummer.
