I was looking through the dante betting for tomorrow when I noticed that one of the firms offering 116/1 for nafaqa obviously an error. I chanced my arm and put a tenner each way on it, the bet was took and I have the print out to prove it receipt num ect, ten minutes later no trace of the bet and my account had the 20 quid put back in, I rang up and they said it was voided because it was obviously the wrong price and it was I the terms and conditions for them to be allowed to do this . Surely though if they accept the bet they should honour it. Where do I stand on this ? advice would be appreciated.

might as well push them to honor it as acc will be fcked for doing it

I think you already know the answer to this one yourself.

They should only have to honour it if it was ever actually at that price and say you went into a bookie's and asked for 40/1 on a horse and they misheard and they wrote 14/1 and it won at 33/1, would you accept the 14/1 purely because it was written on your slip?

I'm sure at worst you would want the 33s and would even be pushing for the 40s and rightly so.

Arrest tony for fraud imo. Too many bottom feeders infesting the community and giving honest punters a bad name.

Its called a palpable error, which translated means the bookies have not s c r e w e d you over on this occasion, a rarity in itself Mischief

However, if you take 6/1 with ladbrokes on a horse that is 12/1+ on here, there is no palpable error
