Who had the campaign ad with the ridiculous hammer smashing glass?

Saw it on tv in my kitchen a day or two ago

I remember hearing "Don't vote for x, or this might happen..." preceded by some ridiculous depiction of a hammer smashing through glass (maybe had a £ sign in it to represent the economy, don't remember)
They played that stupid 5-second clip like 3 times during 2min

Anyone who saw this or knows which party this was? might've been Conservative but wasn't paying attention
