Thats fine, your trading team are inferior to me I realise that, but instead of withdrawing bonus's from customers that win (make a profit), maybe you should sack all of your traders and offer us winning punters their jobs instead, thats how you would save yourselves money or make yourselves more profitable.

Kind Regards

Not sure why anyone with half a clue would use this mob, it's a well known fact that they even void bets after the result is known on the basis you 'arbed' the bet you placed with them.

A vile firm who I wouldn't give them the steam off my p1ss, let alone a deposit of cash.

you must have had the temerity to take 7/4 about a horse that went off at 13/8 and/or backed a winner Laugh

Where on earth do they get the CASH from -
- to SPONSOR such big races as the Queen Mother Champion Chase and the Chester Cup ...
- if they do not take any Bets/Stakes off anybody?

- and just who is the 'target audience', and are these Sponsorships aimed at - if they don't want HORSE RACING Punters?

Cannot see the 'logic' in it.
Report wondersobright May 6, 2015 4:07 PM BST
they want horse racing punters to play on the casino section of their site
they dont seem to have worked it out yet that if you don't lay bets to horse racing punters, then said punters wont be depositing into their betw@nkers account and therefore no new business on their casino products

shocking outfit, stole my legitimate winnings 2 days after the horse won citing a snide rule. Make it up as they go along

The clue was them saying that you can carry on as a recreational punter.

I'm not on any bookie's side by any stretch of the imagination but they have seen only 3 bets in a certain period and presumably there was a free bet introductory offer, so if you are showing a profit after 3 bets and don't go near them again for a while then they will just deem you as a non-recreational gambler only after sign up bonuses.

The only way to possibly keep accounts is to do a few mug bets, even if it's a case of backing something with them and laying it off elsewhere, just so as your number of bets increases with them. The fact that you might not particularly fancy anything to bet on at any given time or do but can get a better price elsewhere doesn't seem to matter to them, when all they want is you doing more bets so that you eventually lose any winnings back to them.

The ultimate irony is that all of these bookies usually have "gamble responsibly" messages on their websites, yet when you do......

money laundering firm IMO, they don't want anybody to bet with them but are happy to create a media profile and pay decent prize money and no doubt decent salaries for the Bosses. If they don't want punters and have large exes what are they sponsoring races and involved in the sport for?
