1) Ned Buntline will win the Grand Annual because it is AP's last Cheltenham and the race has been renamed in his honour.

2) Shutthefrontdoor will win the Grand National because ... (see above)

4) John F Kennedy is the new Frankel/STS because Coolmore would not waste a good name

I think your comment are so SPOT ON... sometimes the obvious is stated with no punting angle to it...

These guys are paid to give their intuitive / informed opinions... instead get a ticket on the hype train... and drag everyone along...

Thinking out of the box is what you wont get

After the Guineas: British racing is carp; all the best hosses and training and riding grooms are in Ireland.

After the French Guineas, we must brace ourselves for the same pundits to tell us tomorrow that British and Irish racing are both carp and not a patch on the French.

Then they can get on with the important task of chucking darts at Aidan O'Brien's and John Gosden's mob-handed Derby entries.
