shocking,never put horse in with a chance of winning the race
watching the body language of Gibbons on the winner - obviously trying to win - and kelly on the 3rd - obviously trying not to place...

if you put that ride side by side against one of his winners , the body language difference would be obvious to someone that has never seen a race .
The have to do something about this ride for so called integrity of the game
maybe he alerted the authorities to Ahern and Culhane and so gets a free rein as an informer. No other jockey including consistently sits so far off the pace often in the last three ( inc JPS )but always prepared to chart an ultra wide course and lose ground or 'try' a rails run with the inevitable traffic.

Yes but this one was much worst... They horse pulled him to the challengers, and he was fumbling trying so hard not to take a tug.

but Pablo if that yard decide its the day then its 5/2, no lovely SP coups executed just in your face cash cash
ph , most people get into the mindset that the sp or price will be demolished if certains yards or owners have a punt

i have seen far too many horses win at big prices from "shrewdies" , where if they were not trying, the horse would not have won or been in the first 3

Thanks foz for taking the time and watching the replay, and letting me know that in 40 years in this hobby, i have not become blinded ....
I had no financial interest on the horse. In fact, i bet the winner, and the whole race, i was watching that horse in white that will win by 5.... well kelly thought otherwise

i backed it because it looked well handicapped, at least i was right on that score.

He added that WICKHAMBROOK (IRE) had settled in rear off a generous place and travelled well into the straight but he failed to find as much as he had expected when he asked the gelding to pick up one furlong out.

Tbf, there does seem to be an emphasis to clean the Sport up !

agree with Duncan,10 days is that it? Gives him a quick week in the sun for the start of the flat,hardly punishing. Maybe a fine of £10k also might make a difference. Next time its 3 months and £50k,licence not returnable until fine paid in full. They go after convicted criminals money so why not jockeys because it was a fraudulent ride, any backer was cheated of a winning effort from Kelly.
Pablo SP jobs are doable but the operation to punt wide and small ( and late ) needs some organising. At 20s if getting on 2k e/w then jobsagoodun, perhaps 50 hits of £40ew, thats a lot of hits 10mins before the off or a 100 hits of £20 ew mixed in with 2 50pew yankees on the same slip.

people will say that you can't get the money on without destroying the price. sure the price will contract but there are many factors to it .
such as the last race today , it's not like the trainer d loughnane or his connections don't like a bet , yet his horse won at 14/1 , running off a much lower mark than his turf mark , off for 160 days ( anything could happen in that time as in getting it to peak fitness compared to its last 2 runs )
if they didn't want to win , they can always run it at the wrong distance , when the horse isn't fit etc.
my view is they went for it today , yet the price ended up at 14/1 , so what's happened their iyo ?

this is the biggest problem also keeping it out the back from stalls running into the back of everything else....
all weather seems to be popular for these tactics....
kelly been caught out many times for lets say dubious rides,but 10 days come on its almost laughable
i would say a lot of these trainers/jockeys if there accounts were profiled and looked at,the amount of money invested in horses and training facilities and other commodities we would all be flabbergasted at actually how much there worth.
i just feel trainers now have a license to print money with what they do with there horses
because lets face it there’s plenty of racing

More a case of stable not knowing what they had or expected,which always makes good comedy value!
Bad hands, Awful feedback, Untrustworthy and tbh not half as talented as he thinks plus his form reading is sh@t. Not a jockey I'd give the time of day to.
PH mentioned two jockeys early on in this thread, ahern and culhane and strangely they used to ride for the same trainer as Wickhambrook in the past, coincidence or just poor jockey bookings on Mr Murphys behalf...........
He has to appeal to at least say that he isn't corrupt. If he takes the ban and says nothing he's basically saying "You've caught me".
