I thought it was running today for its last gallop(racecourse) to prime it for county hurdle on friday with the far better ground expected.
But never even picked a leg up.

Yorkhill in the bumper at Gowran is supposed to be a good thing today..1.8..on here...if that gets beat start worrying if you backed his short priced one......after that run from Wicklow brave there...

Horse has become a pig of the highest regard,he will not go near the county hurdle never mind win it, he'll be gone home and made sit on the naughty step after ****g up that plunge. Might never win a race again unless Willie csn work the magic. He's a shell of a horse at the minute

horse was cruising round held up at the back well off the pace.

never put in the race but was cantering near the end and could well have even moved up through the field if they had tried with it.

ruby always drops them out well off the back of the field when they're not trying so that the horse can never get into contention.

Rewatch the race, any time the horse was asked for anything resembling an effort he wandered about

Lads have a look at his form and dont be so lazy. He refused to race at the Punchestown festival. Eventually took off caught up with field and then fell. A bit of a hound I'm afraid.

geoff - they all have to eat.  Punters need to realise that owners, jockeys & trainers do what is best for them.  They have ABSOLUTE NO interest in Joe public

Mullins basically said just then that it was ready to do the business in its last 2 big handicaps...obviously the other 4 runs where he ran like a drain was trying keeping up the pretence up inbetween times.

my take on it now is that it did miss the break sat, but ruby just decided he had no chance and rather than burn its ears off he saved it, so is that right?

depends whether you're the connections or not, i understand why he would do that but i'm not sure it leaves a good feeling about racing

not quite top cees but close
