PLACE Market NEVER UNsuspended - did not go 'in-running'.

It did go in running but then suspended locking me in. I had reduced my liability by half in running now it shows full liability. Hope they void the place market

why sports trader I layed the fav before the off so why should I lose out because of the tosses at betfair incompetence

They know the time it went off so if anything's voided it should only be bets matched after that time.  The market was open during the first couple of minutes of the race, but maybe it was never suspended at the off.

twitter have just told me my bet was voided because I placed my bet at 14.17 the official off time was 14.17.11 but because the race should have suspended at 14.15 they have voided it work that one out then

The race should have been suspended at the off time, not the scheduled off time!  Kick off, IMHO!

By that reckoning - there cannot be a Betfair SP - as it is Reconciled at the SUSPEND .... NOT the SCHEDULED 'Off' time..... (and there WAS a Betfair SP on the Graph).

Bets placed after the official off (14:17:11) have been voided. Apologies.

Well mine placed 16 seconds after official scheduled off time and has been settled.

they are taking a look at it now

ive laid the fav before the race ,they normally settle those every if there is a problem in running. i take it there is not a problem in the win market?

i placed my bet at 14.51. the race had not started. They have not paid me.

the official start time is irrelevant if they have not started at that time

unfortunately might be if its in their t's and c's

that is me paid.

IF they're going to employ that policy, every punter who's ever had a losing bet after the scheduled off time and before the actual off time has cause for recompense!

As you say, that would have been a wonderful precedent (ie) all bets placed after the official start time are voided.

would be like a betfair ppi claim.
