It did go in running but then suspended locking me in. I had reduced my liability by half in running now it shows full liability. Hope they void the place market

why sports trader I layed the fav before the off so why should I lose out because of the tosses at betfair incompetence

They know the time it went off so if anything's voided it should only be bets matched after that time. The market was open during the first couple of minutes of the race, but maybe it was never suspended at the off.

twitter have just told me my bet was voided because I placed my bet at 14.17 the official off time was 14.17.11 but because the race should have suspended at 14.15 they have voided it work that one out then

Have another go at them. By that reckoning - there cannot be a Betfair SP - as it is Reconciled at the SUSPEND .... NOT the SCHEDULED 'Off' time..... (and there WAS a Betfair SP on the Graph). |

As you say, that would have been a wonderful precedent (ie) all bets placed after the official start time are voided.
