There were two guys involved in the original RSB. I did talk to one of them but did not seem interested and I failed to make contact with the other. I believe it probably was the first of its type around these parts - it was a pity that it bit the dust. I would imagine Gregs link is for a different scheme. Horse Race Base is quite good.
