These are in the main an exposed group that find winning, the fav has obvious claims but not won  for best part of 2 years and is only 2-44 on turf.

I think the main one that could offer more is omeara's. Picked up from smart after 3 mdn runs on turf july 2012 (rated 78). Has only had 4 turf runs since the latest winning a poor mdn at newcastle when ridden on the pace. Subsequent effort at wolves was held up and race was over before hitting top gear.

Back on a stiffer 5f turf, i think this has every chance of being too good for these off this sort of mark.

12/1 just looks FAR too big to me

this is where i have struggled with my paranoia that others know something i don't with this horse.

well i've wasted a couple of hours looking at this race Cry

i think on balance having delved a bit deeper omearas has not done enough in hcp company recently to justify backing it here, the mdn it won undoubtedly weak.

i think yesterdays winner has a totally different task here on this track with a couple of others to hassle for the lead, wins and nearly all runs been on much easier tracks than this.

sewn up would have claims here as dalgleish has got a couple of fair runs from it on 5f turf and it was a decent aw performer off much higher. race should also offer it a nice tow in as the strength is coming through off a decent pace this trip.

NO BET

this race could be a tear up with bronze beau, rylee mooch and irish girls spirit

you could be right about simply back liking 6f, certainly outstayed the runner up at newcastle late over the 5.

they could well set this up for sewn up having seen its races this trainer so far.

alstons 3yo probably not ready for this but he is quite shrewd at this track, one to keep an eye on.

anyway need to find something elsewhere

Agree totally and probably the valve bet is sewn up but have to go with my top rated.
Otherwise not much point in raring them.

Always a massive hint when they're turned out next day, well backed, without a penalty and good jockey on. Not rocket science sometimes!

Last years winner Fol Hollow went the same route, ran in same race at Hamilton previous day
but finished 8th not first but sprinters turnd out quickly often win.
