As I keep saying, with the first past the post it very rarely gets changed, scrap first past the post I say, or just tell the bookmakers to pi ss off, we all know its the bookmakers who constantly get the rub of the green in regards to these enquiries, change the result its 2 pay outs and we wouldn't want the bookies going short would we.

The rules in this country are a joke.  This bollox about being more than a nose doesn't stand-up.  So u can put a horse and jockey over the rail and if u beat that oponent by more than a nose u keep the race.  A farce
