I might be wrong, but I don't think Betfair have a deal to allow them to cover Churchill Downs.

Yep Churchill Downs Inc controlled tracks are off limits to Betfair.They can offer markets when they hold Breeders Cup all to do with money i suppose

Why can Purple have a market?

I presume like RUK they handed over the cash for the rights.

Think it has something to do with some of the American tracks not doing business with any gaming company who imposes a winners tax on their customers......that's why the purple have the right to offer a market on it....the only problem is the handful of customers the purple have are more than likely in bed.......so ya have no market on here.....and nobody even looking at the market on purple....at the moment ya can have about a pony on the fav.......what a load of Shiite.....
