WHY DONT BETFAIR MAKE A COMMENT ON TOP OF THE FORUM PAGE IN ONE OF THE BETFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ABOUT WITHDRAW FUNDS.THERE JUST TAKE THE P1SS ALL OF THE TIME AND DO THE FCUK THERE WANT.

It's very poor on their part. No announcement at all and for obvious reasons.
I agree, I think it's very poor customre service that there hasn't been a single update or communicaion. And the customter service staff seem to know nothing either. Bit worrying that they are keeping so quiet about it ...
It's fairly obvious why they are keeping so quiet. Who wants to use a product where you can put money in no problem, but then can't get it out again!!!

Just withdrawn with no problem on new site - are you using old site or has it just been fixed?
