Just got home and logged in and my account is in a negative balance. What the **** is going on, I take it it's an issue with the 1605, can anyone fill me in please.

My bf account was crashing four hrs ago when I was using Google Chrome,I switched to Firefox for about half an hour and can back to Chrome. Its been ok since.My balance wasn't affected
