I just called their so called ' customer services' as the 4/1 was never available on the app!
The well informed chap said that the bet was live for 10 minutes and it was  only for the first 10,000 customers. Wouldn't believe me when I told him it was  advertised as first 20,000 customers. Total bollocks. If you haven't got the balls to take the bet don't place the advert!! 20,000 x £10 isn't a bad giveaway on a horse now 7/4. Would love to see how many bets they did actually take
