I was walking in the countryside on Monday and stumbled into a bog. Rotting, putrid leaves and filthy stagnant water.
If I was in charge of this country I'd round up every single Ladbrokes senior manager/ceo/etc and throw them in that bog.

Yes I've heard that too Paul. Sadly they have some knowledgeless staff working for them at present. We need more exposure of their incompetence for the firm to realise what a total SHAMBLES they are at present...... Complete Jokers !

I know that if it is a 'balls out' Ante-Post bet, then that they CANNOT - NO way.
But just wondering about a 'Non-Runner = No bet' concession scenario.
Did they go - 'Non-Runner = No bet'?If so - Does that THEN affect Rule4 ?I know that if it is a 'balls out' Ante-Post bet, then that they CANNOT - NO way.But just wondering about a 'Non-Runner = No bet' concession scenario.
When a firm goes NRNB, they invariably clip all their prices and have a massive theoretical overround in their favour. That's to allow for horses not turning up. You can't then deduct a Rule 4 unless the bet is placed after final decs.
Unless you are Ladbrokes.

wow -ladbrokes are really going downhill faster every day - its getting pretty bad now , as i said with the prices that they had in the last few weeks for cheltenham ...they were a farce..now this operation is a total shambles

For the benefit of anyone who has been deducted a Rule 4 from a bet on the race prior to final decs stage:
When Ladbrokes steer you in the direction of IBAS, tell them you will not be doing so but will instead be pursuing the matter through the courts unless they pay you in full within 48 hours.
You will be paid long before 48 hours have elapsed.

Another cowardly firm who bang on about all their "great offers", then make up rules to claw a bit of money back when they have their pants taken down. Pathetic.

Had £50 on Faugheen at 7/2 in one of their shops on Monday morning, and got paid in full a couple of hours ago.
Odd, because this was from their Best Price All Chelt Favs offer between 9am and 10am that day. If there were any bets from which you'd think they might try a Rule 4, it would have been one of these.
