Poop deck Cheltenham 2014 Team/Individual competition.
Starts Tuesday March 11th
RULES:
Backing only.
ALL SELECTIONS TO BE POSTED AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE FIRST RACE.
Each team member to select one horse per race and in race order.
Each team member to select one NAP per day.
Team members are to post their selections on the thread, stating your Nap and E/W where required.
If no Nap or E/W is stated (as in the example), the selection/s will be taken as win only.
Then:
Team captains/members, where able, to collate their team members selections and collectively post them on the thread ie:

I take your point earlier about the GEORGE/Betfair sponsored comp lessening interest in anything else,but he has to squeeze it into 4 days of course so I think he is intending to eliminate most of us on the 1st day
We might not get the interest of last year but I imagine we could find a dozen or so if you are kind enough to run it.

if there's not enough interest to justify a team comp, I beilieve we need at least 3 teams, we could just have a singles league table.

Not the best day of the four. I've always thought the Ryanair was just a nuisance diluting the main championship chases.
I am old enough to remember when all the top hurdlers were two milers and only the ones who failed at the top level were routed to what was then the Spa Hurdle. I have just about reconciled myself to the upgraded status of the Stayers Hurdle but it's a poor affair this year.
