Email from betfair

Are you SURE that the email IS from Betfair.

Phone the HelpDesk -  0844 871 0000 - and ask them if they HAVE sent you email - or that they DO send such emails.

Otherwise ...

I would NOT click on ANY LINKS in that email ....

As - It could be/Looks like somebody may/has got hold of your USERNAME - and may/IS trying to RE-direct you to a BOGUS site.

As Onlooker says almost certainly a scam.

I think it's genuine.The link in the email is for the  the Betfair site.I'd guess it's sent to customers who are using the exchange , but not the Sportsbook.

I also had one and as Artie states above, the link is genuine.

I don't use sportsbook.
