Did anyone else receive an email from betfair today, saying they had money in an unused account?
Except that it's not true, as the username is the same as the one I use.

Are you SURE that the email IS from Betfair.
Phone the HelpDesk - 0844 871 0000 - and ask them if they HAVE sent you email - or that they DO send such emails. Otherwise ... I would NOT click on ANY LINKS in that email .... As - It could be/Looks like somebody may/has got hold of your USERNAME - and may/IS trying to RE-direct you to a BOGUS site. |

I think it's genuine.The link in the email is for the the Betfair site.I'd guess it's sent to customers who are using the exchange , but not the Sportsbook.
