In there T& C's they state that they are not liable for technical outages and in running bets are placed at risk only sportsbet and pre off bets will stand..

look at the amounts still on my screen:
3639 at 2.04 749 at 1.99 758 at 1.95 2585 at 1.91 1088 at 1.90 2297 at 1.84 literally tens of thousands in the market. Not as chance that went in play and all that was legit. |

The management of the market is the problemn here - when they late suspend a U.S race they void all bets up to the start time - surely that must be the case here |

not sure if it went "in play" but you were able to bet in running until about 3 furlongs out . that's when they suspended it
