Well done but take the rest of the day to work out why you put yourself in this position.
5 losers 1 winner at 9/2 yet £90 down. If you are doing 1 a day and are serious about winning then you need a strategy. |

I found that like you I was picking anything and during a bad run would back anything. My best years and there have not been many, due to indiscipline were when following a list of horses or tipsters.
Last year I took 6 weeks off and came axck with an idea to just follow certain trainers though I do sometimes stray but not as much as I used to. My list of horses to look at today are Caroles Destrier, Pure Poteen and Solid Concrete all Mulholland Allumina and On Demand Balding Sound Advice Dalgleish. I will then pick a best bet and work from there some days there are a few some days its hard to find one. So I would suggest you find 4 trainers obviously reasonably succesful ones, look at tomorrows runners get to know their horses and take it from there. As yet I have not found a best bet today Alumina looks a good thing but too short for me today and Caroles Dest was interesting before the price collapse. |

No problem and it might not work but at least you will start the day or as you should the previous day knowing where to start rather than opening the RP and lkooking at 30 races and getting muddled.
You could also just stick with certain races ie 3mile + chases or class 5 and 6 A/W. It should give you more chance. |
