time delays on ATR today

i reckon that it is more than 2 minutes at Sedgefield. Is the norm now on ATR?

Bowstar hit 100-1 in the 2.30 at Lingfield just then while still in the lead (albeit a narrowing one and getting caught pretty quickly).
