Jut clicked on spotlight verdict and message is now coming up saying "This content is available as part of Members Club' and prompts sign-in if you press 'continue'. Have not received an email re new login details. When I phoned Customer Services there is a recorded message saying there is nobody available to take your call. What is going on there? Have they all gone home? Or are they all studying for tomorrow's free guess on pricewise extra......

I've been locked out for too many log in attempts....i'd say the Post would be more efficient if run by an amoeba.

Tried to log in and got message reset password.

Then received Email fro RP

Your RACINGPOST.com password has been reset to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

When you return to RACINGPOST.com and log in you will be asked to set a new password.

Your new password will need to be a minimum of eight characters, including upper and lower case and at least one number.

These stringent new measures have been put in place after the malicious attack on our database that has affected users of RACINGPOST.com.

We recommend that when setting your new password, you keep it unique to your RACINGPOST.com account.

Please keep your username and password safe and do not share your account details. Your account may be suspended if our systems detect it is being used by users other than yourself.

Kind regards
Racing Post Customer Services
members@racingpost.com.

A complete joke of an organisation.

Perhaps if Bruce paid more attention to the whole rancid paper and site rather than bending over to appease his advertisers then perhaps he might have a few more readers and subscribers.

As it is the whole organisation has no future and the hackers are merely picking over the bones of those who are so stupid to have an online subscription.

Rather like the Lions in Africa picking off the sickly Wildebeest those who subscribe need to be culled for their stupidity...

I received my new password ok but 3 attempts to copy and paste it failed, and I was then locked out.  I completed the request to send my email address and RP username for a new password.  I received this no problem, but on trying to enter it I just got the "Locked Out" message again.

Tried ringing Customer Support but they are not available.

Congratulations to anyone who's been successful with their new password, but I'm getting brassed off now.

i think the racing post has just become a boys club. i'm sure they all have a ball producing it but it has become a sorry rag in recent years that is not worthy of the name.

I only joined because of the Betting Forecast being available the night before racing. I'm not interested in anything else, and if I knew who supplied the forecasts I'd subscribe to them instead.
