Have just spoken to their Customer Services. They are aware there is a problem but there is no ETA re fixing it. Clueless....

As soon as I am able to log-in, I am shown the following
"Log-in problems. We are having some problems with the site which affect users' ability to log in. Users are advised not to try to log in. We are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and apologise for the inconvenience" This is an excellent message and would have been HUGELY helpful, WHEN I could access the site but NOT access the bits of the site that I regularly pay for. You couldn't make it up! |

Emailed them & they said Dear Sir, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately our online Shop is currently unavailable and we regret to inform you that it is likely to be down over the course of the whole weekend. Consequently, any Members Club Daily passes and new Members Club monthly subscriptions cannot be purchased at the present time.
