Our Vinnie a day out at Punchestown

laid the aris off it! out to 9.8 before the off

Backed it early myself... jumped well enough and one to watch. Dont think today was the day.

Had a look at him in the paddock today , he looked well , maybe it needs further...

never seen the race but i had a big f/c winner too beat vinnie was very disapointed drif told the story ,

he was out for a spin. not the only one in the race either.

I think he needs to be ridden very positively..but he has also run well coming off the pace,so ambling along on the wide outside and taking a tug was not filling me with confidence early on.Nice to hear he looked well from workrider,and he did run well till two out when he'd had enough.Definately stays 3m very well and goes on very soft ground,runner up today rated 137 so if Our Vinnie gets about 125-130 he'd be a serious player in a 3m hcp.Lets hope the handicapper believes his eyes bigmart ;-) .

agree bazza just a bit peeved i know it happens had a £250 s /fc felt i never really got a run for my money buddy .and one thing we all agree on he's a fair bit better than sh'e showed us today !:-]
