Betfair Customer Services normally post on the top line if they want to comment on something.

Any explanation anywhere else?

Update 2.

We continue to experience disruption to logins via the site.

We are also aware that some customers are unable to use the CashOut function at present, this is due to issues linked with the aforementioned login issues.

Our engineers are continuing to work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Old site is working in a fashion. BF haven't posted anything because they are fecking hopeless. Whatever they post will be be the useful dribbling crap. What is going to happen to those of us wanting to trade with positions particularly on the Leger?

I thought the 60% premium charge that winners pay on Betfair go to sorting this mess out.Betfair need to take 80% off winning accounts. That might help!!

What was that about "best odds guaranteed?" Surely it should have read, No odds guaranteed.

This place is falling apart, only ever used the exchange on here over the years for betting but rarely bet on here now.
Got an annoying rep one day on the phone who basically gave me grief for using the old exchange site and not the new exchange that really annoyed me along with them not bothering with US Racing video for Mac.
Went to log on today and couldnt get on till now so I think that sums it up really!!!

Seeing as it hasn't affected you, it's weird that you would care, enough, to read about anyone else's problem.

Well over 2000 views of this thread already should tell Betfair something,no?

They need to employ some techno whiz kids imo.

Given your obvious intellect please explain how not being able to log in due to site issues makes someone a mug or a cretin.

John,
Lighten up.
I have ben logged in since before racing started and encountered no problems either here or with Gruss.

Cost me £20  the crash can I claim it back
By:

Exactly. If you had logged in beforehand and stayed logged in there wasn't an issue. The problems only arose for those who tried to log in after the problems began.

I logged out to speed up firefox and couldn't log back in via the website, yet gruss continued to work as usual.
