to me his horse nudged ahead but the others found more last few strides

ie his horse was not finishing best of the 3

agree today on this horse he was rying to be too CUTE and got it very wrong imo

The horse definitely hit the front, it was a combination of the horse being a wimp and Hughesy doing as Hughesy always has and always will do (i.e. being easy enough on it) that got it beaten.

Seen far worse from him tbh.

must admit i wasn't paying utmost attention, didn't have an interest in race, the angle was not perfect either to judge.

but i was pretty sure he got to the front so i dont really get the criticism if thats the case.

Interesting the horse has an entry in the Racing Post over a mile but not in the Middle Park over 6F. Outpaced over the trip.

The horse did exactly the same last Saturday when he got to the front earlier.

Curled up a bit in front when he seemed to have come with a winning run.

Actually seeing that slowmo then i'm not sure it got to the front with the angle.

made all at Newmarket........surprised hughes never made the running and ensure a good test at the trip..

it was an ironic comment as that is the stock reply when punters raise such criticisms of the darlings in boots n breeches

that horse could have won that race easily, wouldn't have won with an extra 50 yards imo

horse NEVER hit the front...hughes gave it nothing from sadlle...poor ride on this occasion ..end of story

the point is the horse had time to get its head there

look at how they hit the line

out of the 3 it wasn't finishing better, it just wasn't

as the 1.05 backers will vouch for

i dont think it stuck its head out at all

and would be wary of it in a finish

thats 2 races now in succession its not found enough and last time it definitely was in front.
