The added conundrum here is ...
One of MICK EASTERBY's long-standing owners - Steven Hull - bought the horse as a FOAL for 10,000 Gns in Nov 2011 Hence the name .... MICK'S YER MAN It would appear that - he may have decided to try and PINHOOK it, the following November, at the YEARLING Sales.... Looks like 'No Takers' - as Steven Hull 'bought it in' for 21,000 ( Reserve?) Between then, and the Brocklesby - it was 'Privately' sold to Mrs Tracy Turner - and went to be trained by Bill Turner. When interviewed, on Channel4, at Doncaster - Mick Easterby appeared to intimate that he still had some 'part-ownership' interest in the horse. |
