has anybody used the butler

I've used them before to back and then lay on here with the bets losing and my profit went here so didn't have any withdrawal issues. They then sent me a free bet that I won with but when I tried to withdraw some money they said I needed to verify my account with bank details by e-mail which I then did. I logged in just now and it was still saying I was not verified so phoned and got it sorted and apparently it will be processed on Monday.
