Yes I get you point but do you get mine that horses that have been in the lead and get passed and drop back 10L after the last don't often comeback and win, just as horses with a 10L lead after jumping the last and seeing off a rival don't often get beaten and don't usually require the whip from the jockey either.
Any number of jockeys including the one on the who finished 2nd tonight would have jumped the last with a 10L lead and ridden their horse exactly as he did and still won and any number of jockeys that had been making the running and were passed 3 out and seen the new leader kick on and jump the last with a 10L lead would have given up and settled for 2nd place. |
