iv got two computers going 1 for my betting ass and 1 to stream the pic going to try it through google crome
watched the finish they jumped the last then they were past the post in under a second i thought morley street had come out of retierment
iv just spoke to some1 at BF and they are saying the same as me lets hope they do something about it now u must have special pictures bilbo

always used internet exp and its been fine up till sunday just the odd race would be behind just tried the last race of crome and its the same iv just spoken to some1 up at bf and they bare aware of the quality
i was told on sunday they had put the speed up 0.3 which has made the picture like it is so lets hope they put it back im sure its not that hard to do
It's working well for me today, so let's hope they DON'T slow it down again.
They should give the option of the two if possible to keep all happy
straaaange when i tried FIREFOX earlier it was just as bad as chrome......which was very jittery
If some of us are absolutely fine and I'm saying it's never been better (don't know whether anyone agrees with me) don't you think it's something to do with the set-up your end. For instance myob - I discovered years ago that IE was completely useless with Betfair - changed to Firefox and now Safari is the best.

There are some tweeks you can do for Firefox which might help. Google it.
see , i haven't changed anything to my set up today adn it's been awful for a few days but fine today
Just to add my two penneth - mainly excellent today in terms of speed and lack of pausing. That's on firefox.

iv now tried all the browsers and all the same there is a problem with the sticking and it needs to be fixed
Just noticed this thread - apart from Ffos Las everything has been fine on Firefox here.

It's jerky as feck compared to other sources here
Regardless of how the lv is performing, what will ALWAYS be present is the PAUSE,and that will always snag you up at the business end of the race, the user will always need to refresh at a strategic moment before it happens in order to ward it off for the final couple of seconds of the race.....no-one can say they never get the pause, because they do.
The pause is accepted as the norm but it shouldn't be so, and while the pause is present in all the feeds which it is, the lv will remain poor.

Just approaching the last there, just getting interesting and pauussee, race over.
Biggest moaner regarding lv on here bar one ore two (no names mentioned) and tbh it has been ok here today.

If we are saying the odd pause is acceptable, then I think the lv is brilliant!
duffy - have to say I haven't over the last couple of days when others have been complaining. I have in the past but nothing to complain about today.
Duffy, I have had loads of races without any pauses lately and the ones that have paused have also caught up, which they used not to.

You're on to something then and good luck to you, personally speaking, even when the feed is (what I would regard as being good) behaving itself, I'll still always get a pause at some part of the race to mess things up, usually towards the end, and that , in reality, even if the feed is 4secs ahead for the rest of the race should be categorized as poor!!

Betfair the last 2 (Worc,Ling) races have been awful here.
ok i've now tried most browsers with very different results
when i had probs with chrome it was same on ie , safari was just about ok the other day
had probs with chrome again today and switched to firefox and it's clean as a whistle !
just wonder to check which browser works best on the day as they seem to chop and change..

Don't wanna sound like BF helpdesk but have you guys with the problems done any spring cleaning using a program like ccleaner.com to see if that makes a difference?
How far ahead of atr on firefox are you cloud ?

I suspect that the term "problem" is interpreted differently depending on the individual.
I bet the majority on here consider the pause as part of the norm but don't accept the stuttery delivery, the feed speed does not recover from a pause but does to the constant stuttery delivery.

star , i make it 4.7 seconds there ! was a tad stickier that race tho

been stuttery all day here using safari and firefox last race was the worst
If it's of an interest I had a long pause in the last at Lingers.
i really think they may need to drop the speed back just a smidgeon

We're missing what was said way back when....we weren't offered a speeded up service from what we've always had at all..........we were offered to remain at what we ALREADY had, because we had problems with that!!! or slowed down from that,

do you think if it was 0.4 of a sec slower there would be no problems?, the point at what they offered us something there was problems at!! so how could it end well

duffy - it's definitely fractionally quicker - I personally don't seem to have too many problems and they at least have been trying to improve the service. Sometimes 'improvement means deterioration' but we all seem to be getting different results - so I wonder now if it's our individual set-ups.
I've got my own personal samaritans operator on standby, lv aside, bath brighton and yarmouth are enough to send you off the cliff just for starters, and when you throw in the field sizes!!!
How was brighton then? it wasn't sticky for me as such...more stuck!
Limerick is bad. I don't bet much on the ATR flat meetings but they seemed better after a look earlier.
Stutter stutter pause. Dare say I'd rather they knocked the .3 seconds back off and run it smooth. Find it very hard to play like this
maybe we need to start a thread when certain races are wrong and for those affected to sign in.
we should be getting on atr case why is a racing channel delaying its coverage when ruk is 1 sec behind live do they really think this is on in this day and age
well I pay Betfair so it's their problem but if there are numerous threads a day then they can then contact ATR and chase them along otherwise it all gets disjointed.
